We hope to see you all there!

We had the AGM, Elections and BBQ on the Fourteenth.

We would like to welcome Terri Terpstra to the Board of Directors. The rest of the Board remains the same.

The BBQ was enjoyed by all who attended.

We will be adding two new games to our Activities – Euchre and Mexican Train.
Details will be posted as soon as details are ironed out.
Some of our activities need more participants so don’t miss out on the fun. Come join us.

The AGM will begin at 3:30 but will be limited to 35 people in the main hall.  Tables and chairs will be positioned to provide social distancing as required and please try to sit with a group that you have been meeting with for activities.  Double vaccination records will be required to be shown at the door when you arrive.  If you have been attending activities your name will already have been recorded so we will just have to check you in. MASKS WILL BE MANDATORY FOR THE MEETING.  Following the meeting the BBQ will be held.  The Directors will be serving you and Masks will be mandatory in the food line.  Since it sounds like it will be cool, you will be able to return to your tables with your food and masks can be removed while eating.  There will be some tables set up in the South room to accommodate an overflow.  If you are uncomfortable eating inside, take out containers will be available and you can take your food home to enjoy.  We hope to all remain safe during this function.

Starting Tuesday September 21st Our activities are allowed to resume with some restrictions!
Upon Arrival, you will be checked in by a volunteer who will check your Proof of Vaccination.
Once you have proven that you have been double vaccinated, a list will be kept and you will just have to be checked in the next time you arrive.

masks will be required.

We are Sorry to create what might seem to be an inconvenience, but we are just trying to follow Government rules and get us back to enjoying the Happy Gang.

Wait for any updates on further events – we will try to keep you posted.

We Hope To Have A Doubly Great Celebration in 2021!

Due to Covid concerns, the Happy Gang will not be having their Garage and Bake Sale this year!

It was decided that due to the shortened season, renewals will be only $20.00 but new memberships will be $25.00 but good for the year if paid now.

Plans are underway for the Christmas Party – Keep watch.
